Our award-winning estate-grown olive oils are all milled on-site within hours of harvest for the highest medicinal quality, maximum freshness, and best flavors. The resulting oils are fresh, delicious, and high in antioxidants. All four blends are certified Extra Virgin annually by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). Citrus Olive Oils are made in the traditional Italian style where our own whole organic citrus fruit from the farm is skillfully added to our Frantoio and Arbequina blend of olives during the milling process. The resulting oils are subtle, elegant and stunning. Excellent as gifts for foodies, chefs, and the culinary curious.
